The venue is clean and spacious with very, very nice staff members. Freshly made food for breakfast in the restaurant. Exceptional service, parking on site. Location really close to transport, the old quarter, museums, the Dom, and the Koln Messe, the Cathedral and main shopping district which is located on the other side of the central train station and the main Cathederal square. A great selection of food options not too far from the venue.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Cologne train station and despite not so perfect surroundings hotel is nice inside and hotel staff was very helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, including early check-in, direction, everything really :). Room was large and comfortable.
The location is great, very close to the train station and the center of town, but has very little ambiance (very functional) .

Surprising comfort in the city center
I was actually surprised by the spacious room with a hidden kitchenette and charming vintage décor. The staff was always friendly and quick to assist.

Front service persons are friendly and very polite and kind. Room is large enough, and equipments are good, but there were no kettle, pan, knife, fork.
Room interior was old fashion. Around Hotel I felt danger on foot because of the construction. we could not find a walkway. City Authority should improve this condition as soon as possible.

The staff provided a thorough briefing upon arrival. It's just a short walk to the city center and the cathedral. The fact that the apartment is soundproof was a huge plus 😊

Fantastic accommodation, the breakfast was fantastic, excellent location quite close to the main rail station. Loved a coffee table, a heating system, and a big desk in the room. Got the view of city. All the services were great! We had a real good experience.

The staff was extraordinary in that they went beyond what I would have expected in giving directions, help, suggestions etc., in addition to being fluent in several languages and very friendly.
Not the hotel's fault: road construction around the hotel. By North American standards it was not a 4* hotel. The hotel was small (25 rooms) but adequate.

Well located close to the train station and the river. Convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and friendly.
We had a downstairs suite instead of the double room we booked. The windows in the suite could not be opened and so the room was uncomfortably airless.
